| Rates for double occupancy
range from $115.00-$135.00 plus 8% tax. There is a $30.00 charge for
each additional person in the two upstairs suites. |
| If not using a
credit card, a deposit of one half of your
total bill is required with your reservation. Cancellations with
full refund are accepted up to 4 days prior to your scheduled
stay, except for National holidays when we require one week's notice. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover,
and American Express.

| Gift certificates are available. |
| Our no smoking rule extends
to the porches as well as the house. Well mannered children, accompanied by attentive parents,
will be considered on an individual basis.

| Although Magnolia Hall is home to a friendly outside cat (Tabitha), regrettably, we
cannot accommodate pets. |
| Unless prior arrangement is made: Check-in is 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Check-out
is 11:00 a.m. |
